Sea to Table at Aoki

  • Aoki is dedicated to sustainability, offering only wild-caught seafood sourced from various regions of the Japanese sea. Our informative labelling ensures you know exactly where your fish comes from. We take particular pride in our signature Maguro Tuna, being the first to collaborate with the renowned Tuna supplier Yamamuki. Together, we are succeeding in bringing you the finest wild tuna. We also offer fast shipping and a satisfaction guarantee policy.


  • Omakase, meaning "I'll leave it up to you," is a Japanese dining experience where the chef selects and serves a series of dishes based on seasonal ingredients, availability, and their expertise. This typically includes sushi and other Japanese delicacies, allowing the chef to showcase their culinary skills and creativity. Each meal is unique, tailored to the diner's preferences, and highlights the freshest ingredients available.


  • While Omakase dining experiences are more widely available, Okonomi is diner-driven, with the meal customised to the diner's specific preferences. Aoki offers Okonomi-style meals, providing diners with more control over their meal choices. This unique approach allows for a distinctive and enjoyable way to experience Japanese cuisine tailored to individual tastes. Our offerings feature a mix of traditional and modern wares, reflecting Japan's culinary heritage and innovation.
